The annual dues include water & 50 amp electricity.If you live in one of the luxury condo buildings along Concord St this is your best spot to be if you own a boat. The dues are considerably cheaper than other marinas, and it has a boat lift. Since it's not on a fast moving river or creek the tide swings are minimal so getting off and on your lift would be easy for any boater. This slip location in the marina does not share the dock with other boats.
